We at Art and Style Baking take special to care to insure safe arrival of your Specialty and Gourmet Cookies. While breakage is rare, should your package arrive with broken cookies please report the damaged package to us immediately (within 24 hours) via email along with clear photographs of the broken and/or damaged packaging and cookies. Please also submit your package to UPS for re-inspection, in the event they are responsible for the damage.

We will gladly replace those cookies that are damaged, and if there is sufficient time we will do our best to ship replacements before your event.  In the unfortunate circumstance we are unable to ship replacement cookies before your event, a credit will be issued.
